Mauritius Island, was discovered and named “Dina Robin” by the Arab navigators, is situated in middle of Mascareignes, not far from Madagascar and the Reunion Island.
With its 1.2 million inhabitants, Mauritius is high in color and form a cultural mosaic in the multiple beginnings: Creoles, Indians, European and Chinese.
The climate of the Island is that of the tropical areas of the Southern hemisphere, with two seasons reversed compared to the Northern hemisphere. The its nearly sunny all year long and the winter is a bit chill but not comparable to the hard snowy winter of Europe

In Mauritius, English is the official language but the Creole and French are mostly spoken.
