The price is per room and include breakfast and government taxes.
Conditions children:
Children in single room:
30% discount on the price of a double room (except between 01/12/11 to 31/01/12 - full price).
Sharing room with parents:
Maximum 1 baby and / or maximum two children.

Conditions for half board:
For any housing Halfboard add an extra 19 € per adult (12 years), € 12 per child (3 - 12 years), and free for infants (0 - 2 years).
Payment:
We have two payment methods:
Either card (through a secure link) or bank transfer.
1 - 50% to confirmation
2 - the difference 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
30% of the total for cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date of 31/01/11 to 30/11/12 and 31/01/12 to 30/11/12
50% of the total for cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date of 01/12/11 to 30/01/12
